Personalised Permission to Leave the School Grounds

Product Details

Pupils wishing to leave school grounds at any time other than normal day completion are issued with a pass which:

• Officially informs the teacher of their intended absence.
• Is used to obtain parent’s “signature of authorisation” for presentation to the office on return to school.

A leave pass register is completed at the same time the pass is issued and provides control of passes returned or those still outstanding.

• Individually numbered and featuring your logo in Black with a privacy sheet for identity security.
