Company Overview
Established in 1975, Compact has grown from a small Brisbane based “re-seller” into a genuine medium sized company that maintains a presence in all major Australian capital cities and has representation in many regional centres.
While we initially employed only three staff, our growth and success has meant that we now employ in excess of fifty!
And, while other growing companies often lose focus on personal customer service, at Compact we have actually increased our customer service staffing!
That means that when you call us, you’ll speak to a real person.
And when you employ our services, we are proud to offer you four levels of customer support to make sure that you are always involved in, and informed on, the design, creation and delivery of your business products!
Level 1: Field consultants—your office is their office. Our specially trained field consultants will happily visit and consult with you in your office.
Level 2: In-house Customer Support—real people, not machines.
Level 3: Production and Warehouse Staff—they care about your products.

In our Pre-Press area, we employ the latest Macintosh Graphic Arts design systems that are linked to a "Computer to Plate" processor that ensures total design accuracy and top quality reproduction of the finished article. Our staff takes pride in supplying you with quality products using modern technology and our commitment to the best customer service.
